RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARIG
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY IN BLOCK 16, BELLEVUE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 9th day
of September , 1970, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of the alley in Block 16 of Bellevue Addition to
the City of Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition
now appearing of record in Deed Book #1, Page 251, in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLEE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Lirectors in the City Hall at 7:30
o' clock P.M . , on the 2nd day of November , 1970.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski_ County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
