RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE
OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE THE ALLEY
IN BLOCK 2 OF PETTIFER' S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION
OF NOTICES THEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 15th day of
September , 1970 , petitioning the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon a certain alley in Pettifer' s Addition as designated on the
plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 7 at
page 109 , in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
said alley being more particularly described in said petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be heard
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o' clock P.M. , on the 2nd day of November , 1970 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
