4444 RESOLUTION NO . 4,444
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ADVERTISE FOR SALE, THE AIR RIGHTS OVER
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LYING WITHIN BLOCKS
99 and 100, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise for sale an air rights lease over a certain tract of land
lying in Blocks 99 and 100 , original City of Little Rock, Arkansas , to
be used for the purpose of constructing a hotel and convention center
complex to be complimented by the Robinson Auditorium facilities and
in keeping with plans and specifications now on file in the office of
the City Manager.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
