A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
APPROVE A PETITION TO BE FILED WITH THE
STATE REQUESTING ENLARGEMENT OF ROSELAWN
CEMETERY PROPERTIES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Mayor is hereby authorized for and on
behalf of the City to approve a Petition on the part of the
responsible authorities of the Roselawn Cemetery in this City
to be filed with the appropriate regulatory agency of the
State of Arkansas requesting permission to add additional
lands adjacent to the existing Roselawn Cemetery which said
lands abut the Cemetery on the West.
SECTION 2, This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
