A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SUBMIT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT THE MAYOR' S COUNCIL ON
YOUTH OPPORTUNITY PROJECT OF THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE CITY DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Authorization is hereby given to the City Manager
to submit to the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban
Development the Mayor' s Council on Youth Opportunity project for fund-
ing under Title I of the Demonstration Cities and Metropolitan Develop-
ment Act of 1966 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
