A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A QUITCLAIM DEED
TO A PORTION OF THE ALLEY HERETOFORE VACA-
TED AND ABANDONED IN LOT 1 , BLOCK 7 ,
WATSON ' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS , TO THE
LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed to a portion of the alley
heretofore vacated and abandoned located in Lot 1 , Block 7 , Watson ' s
Addition to the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , to the Little Rock
Housing Authority, which portion is described as follows :
A tract of land formerly part of Valliere Street closed
by City Ordinance #12 ,338 being adjacent to the North-
west corner of Lot 1 , Block 7 , Watson ' s Addition to the
City of Little Rock , Pulaski County , Arkansas ; more
particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the NW Corner of Lot 1 , Block 7 , Watson ' s
Addition to the City of Little Rock , Pulaski County ,
Arkansas , run N 12°50 ' 25" W 31. 098 feet to a point on
the North Addition Line ; thence run S 87°34 ' 06" E 8. 192
feet along said addition line to a point; thence , run
S 02°25 ' 54" W 30 . 000 feet to the point of beginning.
Area containing 122 . 880 Square Feet , more or less .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after- its adoption.
