A RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCHEDULES IN THE
ENTIRE MODEL CITIES AREA FOR FIXED
RELOCATION PAYMENTS , AVERAGE ANNUAL
GROSS RENTAL FOR STANDARD HOUSING IN
LOCALITY AND AVERAGE SALES PRICE FOR
STANDARD HOUSING IN LOCALITY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the Department of Housing and Urban Development has
requested that the City adopt schedules for relocation payment ,
average annual gross rentals and average sales prices for all projects
in the entire Model Cities area; and
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock has heretofore authorized
and provided that the Little Rock Housing Authority will perform the
functions of relocating families and individuals displaced in the
Model Cities area pursuant to the said schedules .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The following Housing and Urban Development
schedules pertaining to relocation payment, annual gross rentals and
sales prices for displacees in all projects in the entire Model Cities
:area, identified by number and subject matter, are hereby approved and
adopted:
HUD - 6142 , Fixed Relocation Payment Schedule
HUD - 6148 , Schedule of Average Annual Gross Rentals
for Standard Housing in Locality
HUD - 6155 , Schedule of Average Sales Prices for
Standard Housing in Locality
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
