RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE AN UNNAMED STREET IN BLOCKS 5 & 6, JOSEPHINE PANKEY'S
SECOND ADDITON TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Dirctors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 15th
day of June , 1970, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon all of the unnamed street in Block 5 & 6 of Josephine
Pankey' s second Addition to the City of Little Rock, as
designated on the play of said Addition now appearing of record
in Deed Book 1, Page 137, in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7: 30 o t clock P. M. , on the 17th day of August
19 70 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circualtion in the City of Little Rock.
