RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE CLOSING OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 291, ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS , a written request was made to the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 12th day of June , 1970,
asking the Board of Directors to enter into a contract providing
for the vacating and abandoning of all of the alley in Block 291,
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said request shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P.M. , on the 3rd day of August , 19 70
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
