RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
ALLEY IN BLOCK 14, ORIGINAL CITY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 29th day of June, 1970, asking the
Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of the alley in Block 14
of Original City Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the
plat of said addition (not recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas) subject, however, to any public utility ease-
ments located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P. M. , on the
17th day of August, 1970.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two
(2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
