A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
MAKE APPLICATION TO THE PROJECT DIRECTOR
AT NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES , UNITED
STATES CONFERENCE OF MAYORS , FOR PARTICI-
PATION BY THE CITY IN TRANSPORTATION
OPERATIONS FOR THE SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM;
1 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
file with the Project Director at National League of Cities , United
States Conference of Mayors , the necessary application and supporting
documents for the purpose of providing participation by the City of
Little Rock in summer transportation programming.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
