A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAAPOINTMENTS
TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as members of the following Boards
and /or Commissions:
LITTLE ROCK AIRPORT COMMISSION
Dr. Carl Johnson, reappointed to serve a second five -year term, said term expiring on December 31,
2009.
LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
Fred Allen, reappointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring November 30, 2007.
Robert Stebbins, reappointed to serve a second three -year tem, said term expiring November 30, 2007.
This resolution also changes all planning commission expiration dates to November 30.
MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Roy Snook, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by Bob Althoff, said term expiring
December 31, 2005.
Michael Kemp, reappointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring December 31, 2007.
Gert Clerk, reappointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring December 31, 2007.
Bruce Cross, appointed to serve a first three -year term, said term expiring December 31, 2007.
Kathryn Stanley, appointed to serve a first three -year term, said term expiring December 31, 2007.
Shan Russell, appointed to serve a first three -year term, said term expiring December 31, 2007.
Nancy Puddephatt, appointed to serve a first three -year term, said term expiring December 31, 2007.
Julia Birkett, appointed to serve a first three -year term, said term expiring December 31, 2007.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
