A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A GREENS FEE SEASON
TICKET AT WAR MEMORIAL AND REBSAMEN PARK GOLF
COURSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a season ticket
for Greens Fees at War Memorial and Rebsamen Park Golf Courses as
follows:
A. $200.00 per year - allows golfer to play anytime
at either course. (Charge for the remainder of
1970 - $135.00)
B. $125.00 per year - allows golfer to play during
weekdays, excepting holidays, at either course.
(Charge for the remainder of 1970 - $85.00)
SECTION 2. The season ticket described herein will be non-
transferrable and use by a person other than the purchaser shall entitle
the City to revoke the season ticket. Under no condition will refunds
be made.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
