A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF ARKANSAS
PIT AND QUARRY COMPANY ON CERTAIN LANDS
BELONGING TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS , AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED UPON
RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF $67 , 600 . 00 ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The bid of Arkansas Pit and Quarry Company to
certain lands offered for sale by the City of Little Rock , Arkansas ,
is hereby accepted in the amount of $67 ,600 . 00 . Upon receipt of this
purchase price , the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, in favor of the purchaser, a Quitclaim Deed to the following
lands being situate in the County of Pulaski , State of Arkansas , to-wit:
SE4 of the NE4 , Section 26 , Township 1
North, Range 12 West.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
