A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING ON
A PETITION TO VACATE , ABANDON, AND CLOSE
CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the State of Arkansas, Ex Rel. Arkansas
Livestock Show Association and the Housing Authority of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , have filed with the
• Little Rock City Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas a Petition praying that a portion of
certain streets and alleys located in the City of Little

Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , said portion( as hereinafter
described , be vacated , abandoned , and closed and that they

are the sole owners of the lands ahutting upon said portion

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Board of
Directions of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the 6th day of April
1970 , at 7:30 o 'clock P. M. in the chambers of
the Board of Directors is the date and time fixed for
hearing on this Petition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of Little Rock,
Arkansas , give notice of such hearing by publication,
once a week for two consecutive weeks , in some newspaper
published in the County and havin g a general circulation
in the City, stating in said Notice the names of petitioners ,
a description of the streets and alleys to be vacated , and
advising all persons that on the date named above , the
Board of Directors will hear the petition and determine whether
said alleys and streets should be vacated and closed .
