RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER IN CURB AND
GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 628
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, an ordinance establishing Curb and Gutter
Improvement District No. 628 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
naming H. C . Johnston as a Commissioner of the Board of
Improvement of said District was passed by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on December 1,
1969; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the passage of said ordinance
H. C. Johnston failed to take and file his oath as a
Commissioner, thereby declining to accept said appointment;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said Board of Directors
name a new Commissioner;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Patrick J. Booth is
hereby appointed Commissioner of Curb and Gutter Improvement
District No. 628 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
