RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 140 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, an ordinance establishing Sewer Improvement Dis-
trict No. 140 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and naming H. C. Johnston
as a Commissioner of the Board of Improvement of said District
was passed by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, on December 1, 1969; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the passage of said ordinance H. C.
Johnston failed to take and file his oath as a Commissioner,
thereby declining to accept said appointment; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said Board of Directors name
a new Commissioner;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Patrick J. Booth is hereby
appointed Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 140
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
