A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. WAYNE CRANFORD AND
MR. JAMES L. OLIVER TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER
FOR FOUR YEAR TERMS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Wayne Cranford and Mr. James L. Oliver are
hereby appointed to the Arkansas Arts Center for four year terms ; said
terms expiring December 15 , 1973.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
