A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE
CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF
TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named person(s) are hereby appointed to the Central
Arkansas Library System Board:
Joyce Elliott, to fill the vacancy of J. J. Lacey, whose term expires December 31,
2004. The initial appointment term will run for three years, January 1, 2005 to
December 31, 2007.
T.T. Tyler Thompson, to fill the vacancy of James M. McHaney, Jr., whose term
expires on December 31, 2004. The initial term will run for three years, January
1, 2005 to December 31, 2007.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
