A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO MAKE APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS WITH THE UNITED
STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR A
URBAN MASS TRANSPORTATION GRANT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to make application on behalf of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas with the United States Department of Transpor-
tation for an Urban Mass Transportation Grant.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
