RESOLUTION NO. 4,235
RESOLVED, that upon petition of applicant, International
Paper Company, the Board hereby determines that it will con-
sider the application of International Paper Company to re-
zone from A residental to D apartment and F commercial and
from D apartment to F commercial that property located at
10, 300 Rodney Parham Road, more particularly described in
exhibit "A" attached hereto and does hereby set August 4,
1969, at 7: 30 p.m. , at its chambers in the City Hall of Little
Rock, Arkansas, at which time and place it shall conduct a
public hearing of such application and does hereby direct
applicant, International Paper Company to give notice thereof
to all owners of property within 200 ' of the above described
property by certified mail.
