A RESOLUTION COMMENDING MR. ROY V. LEONARD
FOR SERVICE RENDERED THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS BY SERVING TIRELESSLY AND UNSELFISHLY
ON THE LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Roy V. Leonard is hereby commended for
giving of his time, talents and energies unselfishly during the
past eight years to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as a
member of the Little Rock Port Authority.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
