4229 RESOLUTION NO. 4,229
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF LABOR,
AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK RELATING TO
PARTICIPATION IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH
CORPS PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is authorized and directed to
execute for and in behalf of the City of Little Rock the necessary
contract or contracts, affidavits, documents , or other writings
necessary and required for the participation by the City of Little
Rock in the Neighborhood Youth Corps Program under the Economic
Opportunity Act 1964 (78 Stat 508) .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
