A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S
WORKABLE PROGRAM FOR COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENTS
PURSUANT TO STATUTORY PROVISIONS OF THE HOUSING
ACT OF 1949, AS AMENDED; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO SUBMIT SAID WORKABLE PROGRAM TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR
RECERTIFICATION ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock' s workable program
for community improvements pursuant to the Housing Act of 1949 is
hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to
submit said workable program to the Department of Housing and
Urban Development for recertification.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
