RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
DENISON STREET, LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS 30 AND 31
OF CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the j "' day
of May, 1969, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon
all of Denison Street lying between Blocks 30 and 31 of Capitol
Hill Extension Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated
on the Plat of said Addition, now appearing of record in Deed Book
AB, Page 195 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located
in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at

7:30 o'clock p.m. , on the 7th day of July , 1969.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law, by publica-
tion once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having a general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
