RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DA'Z'E. OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
ALLEYS IN CLAY'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 354 ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 28th day of April, 1969,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon the alleys in Clay's
Subdivision of Block 354, Original City of Little Rock, as designated
on the plat of said Subdivision now appearing of record in Plat Book 2,
Page 16, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said alleys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M. ,
on the 7th day of'u , 1969.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little
Rock.
