4213 RESOLUTION NO. 4,213
A RESOLUTION COMMEMORATING DAVE COLEMAN KNABE,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , Dave Coleman Knabe served this City intermittently
and in a variety of capacities as an employee within the Health
Department since 1942; and
WHEREAS , Between June 1959 and May 24, 1969, the date of
his untimely death, said Dave Coleman Knabe served as Pound
Master in an exemplary way; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors by this Resolution would
pay tribute and commemorate the life of the said Dave Coleman
Knabe for the benefit of his many friends and family.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The contributions of Dave Coleman Knabe to
the citizens of this community in his capacity as a public
servant are hereby recognized and by this Resolution the Board
of Directors commemorates his life of service to his fellow man.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
