4210 RESOLUTION NO. 4,210 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF SAID CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PROPERTY OWNERS TO VACATE AND CLOSE AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 5, WOODRUFF'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heretofore found and determined that the alley hereinafter described and located within said City is not needed for highway purposes and that the welfare of the City will be pro- moted by closing and abandoning the same; and WHEREAS, the owners of all real estate situated in Block 5, Woodruff' s Addition to the City of Little Rock (which Addition is shown by Plat in Book AB, Page 210, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas) , are agreeable to vacating and closing said alley: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Section 1. That it will promote the welfare of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for it to release, vacate and abandon all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to an alley designated as follows: The alley in Block 5, Woodruff' s Addition to the City of Little Rock, extending from the west right- of-way line of Collins Street to the east right-of- way line of Interstate 30 and dividing Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 from Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, of said Block 5, Woodruff' s Addition. Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby authorized and empowered to join with the owners of all the real property above described in a written agreement closing, vacating and abandoning said alley, which agreement shall be filed for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
