A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mrs. G. W. S . Ish, Mrs. Harry Pfeifer,
and Mr. William Bowen are hereby appointed to the
Arkansas Arts Center ' s Board of Trustees, each for a
four year term commencing May 1, 1969.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
