4204 RESOLUTION NO. 4,204
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AN APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL
DISASTER ACT, PUBLIC LAW 875, 81ST CONGRESS, AS AMENDED,
FOR STORM DAMAGES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That John T. Meriwether, City Manager of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and is hereby authorized to execute
for and in behalf of the City of Little Rock, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of Arkansas, an application and to file it in
the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal
financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 875,
81st Congress, as amended; 42 U. S. C 1855-1855g) .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
