RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING
THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF SIXTEENTH STREET IN
SIDNEY J. JOHNSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 19th
day of May 1969, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon a three-foot by one-hundred-fifty-foot
strip of Sixteenth Street in Sidney J. Johnson's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said
addition now appearing of record in Deed Book AB, page 282,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in
said street.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on this Petition shall beheld
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall,
Little Rock, Arkansas , at 7:30 o 'clock P. M. on the
16th day of June 1969.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of this hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County , Arkansas , and having a general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
