A RESOLUTION FIXING FEES AT THE DUNBAR
RECREATION CENTER AND THE OTTENHEIMER
CLUBHOUSE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The fees for using the Dunbar Recreation
Center are hereby set as follows :
I. Auditorium-Gymnasium
Group Usage Fees Per Day
A Promotions .. commercial programs, 1st $130.00
traveling shows, etc. staged for 2nd 97 .50
profit•. public dances . 3rd 65.00
B School dances • sponsored fee forums ; 1st 65.00
lectures ' plays , singing groups, 2nd 32. 50
fraternity and sorority dances 3rd 19.50
social clubs .
C College and high school ballgames ; 1st 32. 50
Golden Gloves ; benefits ; special 2nd 26.00
YMCA events ; churches ; school fee 3rd 16. 25
programs .
A $5.00 fee will be charged the Urban League and
other such organizations using the auditorium where the
program will not involve the producing of money either through
donations, individual registrations, free will offerings , or
admission charges.

C Educational groups, church affairs,
children' s activities 6. 50
Community groups such as garden clubs, PTA study
clubs, Dads ' clubs, Scout troops, committee meetings of

civic organizations and churches, athletic officials ' meetings,
etc. , can be scheduled in the various rooms of the building
without charge. There will be no charge for activities
sponsored as a part of the Parks and Recreation program.
When the Center co-sponsors activities such as
basketball games with the YMCA, AAU teams, St. Bartholomew' s ,
Arkansas Baptist, etc. , and a small admission fee is charged
in order to pay the officials , the Center will split 60-40
with the co-sponsors .
For adult parties in clubrooms an extra $5.00 per
hour is charged after midnight until 2 :00 a.m. , the closing
hour.
SECTION 2 . The fees for using the Ottenheimer
Clubhouse are hereby set as follows :
Group & Usage Fees Per Day
Promotions (commercial) , other meetings
staged for profit. $ 25 .00
Private parties, dinners, fraternity and
sorority dances, social clubs 10.00
Children' s parties and activities, church
affairs , senior citizens . 6. 50
A supervision fee of $3.00 per hour will be charged
from normal closing hour time for duration of time used.
Community groups such as garden clubs , PTA study
groups , boy and girl scout meetings, athletic officials '
meetings, etc. can be scheduled in various rooms at no charge.
There will be no charge for activities sponsored as a part
of the Parks and Recreation program.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
