A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PEAT, MARWICK,
MITCHELL AND COMPANY, CERTIFIED PUBLIC
ACCOUNTANTS , AS THE AUDITORS FOR THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1969;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company,
Certified Public Accountants, are hereby employed by the
City of Little Rock to serve as its auditors for the
calendar year 1969.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
