A RESOLUTION RENEWING FOR THE YEAR 1969
AMBULANCE SERVICE OPERATORS FRANCHISE OF
A-1 AMBULANCE SERVICE , INC . , WITHIN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF THE NECESSARY PERMIT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc . , has applied for
renewal of its ambulance service operators franchise for 1969
within the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the said A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc . , has
complied with all provisions of the Code of Ordinances
pertaining to renewal of said franchise ; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
renew the franchise for A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc . , for the
year 1969 .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The franchise heretofore awarded to A-1
Ambulance Service, Inc . , as an ambulance service operator in
the City of Little Rock is hereby renewed for the year 1969 ,
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
