A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE , ABANDON AND CLOSE ALL ALLEYS
IN BLOCKS 1, 2 , 3 AND 4 OF CANSLER 'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS;
ALL OF WEST THIRTEENTH STREET BETWEEN THE EAST
RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF CLARY STREET TO THE WEST
RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF COOLIDGE STREET; ALL OF
SHIELD STREET BETWEEN THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE
OF WEST FOURTEENTH STREET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT OF
WAY LINE OF WEST TWELFTH STREET; AND ALL OF
COOLIDGE STREET BETWEEN THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY
LINE OF WEST TWELFTH STREET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF BLOCK 4 OF CANSLER 'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , has filed with the Little Rock Board of Directors its
Petition praying for the vacating, abandoning and closing of
all alleys in Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Cansler 's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; all of West Thirteenth
Street between the East right of way line of Clary Street to the
West right of way line of Coolidge Street; all of Shield Street
between the North right of way line of West Fourteenth Street to the
South right of way line of West Twelfth Street; and all of Coolidge
Street between the South right of way line of West Twelfth Street
to the Southeast corner of Block 4 of Cansler 's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; all in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas , as more particularly described in said Petition
and the Plat attached thereto, and have alleged that it is the sole
owner of the lands abutting upon same;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the 17th day of March
1969 , at 7:30 o 'clock p .m. , in the chambers of the Board of
Directors is the date and time fixed for the hearing on said
Petition.

Section 2. That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas,
give notice of such hearing by publication, once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks , in some newspaper published in the County and
having a general circulation in the City, stating in said Notice the
name of Petitioner , a description of the streets and alleys to be
vacated , and advising all persons that on the date named above , the
Board of Directors will hear the Petition and determine whether said
streets and alleys should be vacated.
