A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARTIN BORCHERT
AS THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS ECONOMIC DEVELOP-
MENT DISTRICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ,
SECTION 1 . Mr. Martin Borchert is hereby appointed
to serve as the City of Little Rock' s representative to the
Central Arkansas Economic Development District.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
