A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO0 3, 996
TO CORRECT AN ERRONEOUS DESCRIPTION IN SAID
RESOLUTION, OF LAND BEING DEEDED TO THE
ARKANSAS FOUNDRY COMPANY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The legal description of the land being
deeded to Arkansas Foundry Company as contained in Resolution
No. 3, 996 is hereby amended to read as follows :
A parcel of land situated in E Z, SE , Section
16, Township 1 North, Range 11 West, of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , and more particularly des-
cribed as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the proposed
east right-of-way line of Fourche Dam Pike and
the south right-of-way line of proposed Lindsey
Road; thence South Ol®30 '52" West along said pro-
posed east right-of-way of Fourche Dam Pike 1000 .00
feet; thence South 88°29 '08" East 900.00 feet;
thence North 01°30 ' 52" East 1146 . 78 feet to a point
on said south right-of-way of proposed Lindsey Road;
thence South 78°43 ' 34" West along said South right-
of-way 662 . 45 feet; thence North 88°31 '06" West
along said south right-of-way 253. 99 feet to the
point of beginning, and containing 21 . 75 acres , more
or less .
SECTION 2 . The purpose of this amendment being only
to correct an erroneous land description contained in Resolution
No. 3, 996 , all other sections of said Resolution remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
