A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK A WARRANTY DEED CONVEY-
ING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK IN CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION TO THE
£; ARKANSAS REVENUE DEPARTMENT BUILDING COMMISSION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. In keeping with the provisions of Resolution
No. 3, 776 of the Board of Directors adopted May 15, 1967, offering
to sell to the Arkansas Revenue Department Building Commission
certain City owned real property described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 9,
10, 11 and 12, Block 23 and Lots 7 , 8 and part of 9, Block 26,
Capitol Hill Extension Addition to the City of Little Rock to-
gether with a drainage easement through Block 22 of said addition
at a purchase price of Two Hundred Ten Thousand and No/100
($210,000.00) Dollars . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the
City a Warranty Deed conveying said properties to the said
Arkansas Revenue Department Building Commission with delivery
of said Deed to be contingent upon receipt of the sale price in
the amount of Two Hundred Ten Thousand and No/100 ($210,000.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
