A RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH AND AUTHORIZING
THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
TO FILE AN "APPLICATION FOR ADVANCE FOR PUBLIC
WORKS PLANNING" IN CONNECTION WITH OFF STREET
PARKING FACILITIES COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS
AUDITORIUM GARAGE - MARKHAM AND SPRING STREETS
PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Those officers, agents and employees of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the Little Rock Municipal
Parking Authority responsible in the premises are hereby
authorized and directed to file for and on behalf of the City
of Little Rock with the Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment of the Federal Government an "Application for Advance for
Public Works Planning" for the purpose of making funds available
to the City for planning the off-street parking project commonly
identified as auditorium garage - Markham and Spring Streets
Project.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
