3883 RESOLUTION NO. 3 , 883
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER IN SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 137 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District No. 137 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has reported that
W. E. Beaumont, Jr. , one of the Commissioners of the District,
has sold his property in the District, is now living outside the
boundaries of the District, and not being a property owner in the
District is disqualified by law from serving as a Commissioner,
and that he desires that a successor be appointed to take his place;
and
WHEREAS, the remaining commissioners have recommended Robert
C. Lowe, Jr. , as his successor, and have represented that he is
a property holder in the District , and is qualified and willing
to serve.
NOW
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theCity Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that Robert C. Lowe, Jr. ,
be and he is hereby appointed a Commissioner of Sewer Improvement
District No. 137 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and he is hereby directed
to forthwith take his oath of office and enter upon his duties as
such Commissioner.
