3877 RESOLUTION NO. 3,877
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER IN
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 128 OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District No. 128 of Little Rock, Arkansas , has reported that
William M. Graham, Jr . , one of the Commissioners of the District,
has sold his property in the District, is now living outside the
District, and not being a property owner in the District is
disqualified by law from serving as a Commissioner , and that
a successor should be appointed to take his place ; and
WHEREAS, the remaining commissioners have recommended John D.
Greenway, as his successor, and have represented that
he is a property holder in the District and is qualified and
willing to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , that be
and he is hereby appointed a Commissioner of Sewer Improvement
District No. 128 of Little Rock, Arkansas , and he is hereby
directed to forthwith take his oath of office and enter upon
his duties as such Commissioner.
