A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEED TO
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A PORTION OF MELBA
DRIVE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby
accepts Two (2) Dedication Deeds to street right-of-way for a
portion of Melba Drive extending west from U.S. Highway 67-70 to
the following described property situated in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, hereinafter identified as parcels 1 and 2 :
P re 1 1 _ Commencing at the SE Corner of the NEB,
NE , Section 24, T-1-N: R-13-W; thence S 88° 46' W
246.4 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line
of U.S. Highway 67-70; thence N 5° 24' E along the
east right-of-way line of said Highway 618. 6 feet to
a point; thence S 84° 36 ' E 250.0 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continue S 84° 36' E 100.0 feet
to a point, said point being 350.0 feet east of the
east right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 67-70.
Parcel 2. Commencing at the SE Corner of the NE4j
NE 4, Section 24, T-1-N, n-13-W; thence S 88° 46' W,
246.4 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line
of U.S. Highway 67-70; thence N 5° 24' east along the
east right-of-way line of said Highway, 618. 6 feet to
a point of beginning; thence S 84° 36' E 250 feet to
a point; said point being 250 feet east of the east
right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 67-70 - the dedicat-
ion being 50 feet either side of the above described
center line.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
