A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEED TO
CERTAIN LANDS TO BE USED AS STREET RIGHT-
OF-WAY FOR AN EXTENSION OF REY/ERE DRIVE
INTO RESERVOIR PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts that
Dedication Deed dated October 10, 1967, from the Most Rev. Albert
L. Fletcher, Bishop, Diocese of Little Rock to the property des-
cribed as follows, to be used as right-of-way for an extension
of Reymere Drive into Reservoir Park:
A portion of the SW4, SE4, Section 26, T-2-N, R-13-W,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows : Beginning at
the southwest corner of the SW4, SE4, Section 26,
T-2-N, R-13-W, thence North 00°221 East along the west
boundary line of said SW4, SE4, a distance of 422.0
feet; thence South 88°32' East a distance of 664.28
feet to a point on the East boundary line of said SW4,
SEA:; thence South along the said East boundary a dis-
tance of 50.0 feet; thence North 88°321 West a distance
of 634.28 feet; thence South 00°221 West a distance of
372.0 feet to a point on the South boundary of said
SW4, SE4; thence North 890131 West a distance of 30.0
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
