3861 RESOLUTION NO. 3, 861
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3790 ADOPTED JUNE 19,
1967 , BY CERTIFYING THAT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT
TO THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , Resolution No. 3790 adopted June 19, 1967,
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement
with the Missouri Pacific Railroad covering a crossing
necessary in the construction of a sewer main, neglected to
certify that funds were available to pay the railroad such
sums as may be due it .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 3790 adopted June 19, 1967,
be and the same is hereby amended to add the following:
That funds have been appropriated and are available
for the payment of any sums agreed to be paid by the Sanitary
Sewer System to the Missouri Pacific Railroad in connection
with the agreement dated July 20, 1967 , between the City and
the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
ADOPTED this 16th day of OCTOBER, 1967 .
