RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE
DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE AND
ABANDON THE ALLEY RUNNING THROUGH BLOCK THREE
(3) , CENTENNIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 5th
day of October, 1967, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon the alley running through Block Three (3) , Centennial
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as shown on the
plat of Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, now
appearing of record in Deed Book G No. 3 , at page 256, in the
Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of November , 1967 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas , having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
