RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING
THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO
VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
IN BLOCK ELEVEN (11) , CENTENNIAL ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 5th
day of October, 1967, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon that portion of the alley lying between the East and West
halves of Block 11, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , as shown on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Deed Book G No. 3 , at page 256, in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 : 30
o 'clock P.M. on the 6th day of November , 1967 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas , having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
