RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON WEST TWELFTH
STREET LYING BETWEEN THE EAST CURB LINE OF MARSHALL
STREET AND THE WEST CURB LINE OF BISHOP STREET, IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 5th day of October,
1967 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all that
portion of West 12th Street lying between the East curb line of
Marshall Street and the West curb line of Bishop Street, in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as shown on the plat of Centennial
Addition to the City of Little Rock, now appearing in record in Deed
Book G No. 3 , at Page 256, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas ; subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 :30 o 'clock
P.M. , on the 6th day of November , 1967.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
1 a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas , having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
