RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE THE ALLEY RUNNING NORTH
AND SOUTH IN BLOCK 2, FULTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, WHICH SAID ALLEY LIES BE-
TWEEN LOTS 4, 5, AND 6, AND LOTS 7, 8 , AND 9, IN SAID
BLOCK 2 .
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on
the 13th day of SEPTEMBER, 1967, asking the Board
of Directors to vacate and abandon the alley running
North and South in Block 2 , FULTON'S ADDITION to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , which said alley lies
between Lots 4, 5 , and 6, and Lots 7, 8, and 9, in
said Block 2 , as designated on the Plat of said Addi-
tion now appearing of record in Deed Book 10 at Page
400 thereof, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , subject , however, to any public
utility easements located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I . The hearing on said Petition shall be
held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the
City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M. , on the 6th
day of November , 1967 .
SECTION II. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having a general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
