A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
DEED OF HAZEL LAURA BOYD OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE USED AS RIGHT-OF-WAY
FOR 65TH STREET; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts the
dedication of the hereinafter described tract of land in Pulaski
County, Arkansas as set forth in Dedication Deed dated July 3, 1967,
and executed by Hazel Laura Boyd to be used as right-of-way for a
public street and the installation and maintenance of public
utilities :
A parcel of land situated in Leigh-Butler Acres, City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more parti-
cularly described as follows :
Part of Tract 30, Leigh-Butler Acres, beginning at the
southeast corner of Tract 30; thence N. 0° 16' 23T E.
9.46 feet; thence West 223.51 feet; thence N. 87° 13'
00" W. 131.03 feet; thence S. 0° 26' 14" E. 14.44 feet;
thence S. 89° 47' 23" E. 354.28 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 4, 333 square feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
