RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
APPLICATION TO VACATE THE ALLEY IN BLOCK ONE OF
FULTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, an application was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 7th day of September , 1967, asking
the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the alley in Block One of
Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock, as used by the City and the public
without specific dedication on the plat of the Addition:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. The hearing on the said application shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P. M. on the 16th day of October , 1967.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
